Cancellation & Refund

Session Cancellations by Clients:
- Clients can cancel or reschedule their booked sessions up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without any penalty.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session will be considered late cancellations, and the session fee will not be refunded.
Cancellations by Sadhnna Healing Hub:
- In the rare event that we need to cancel a session, clients will be notified promptly.
- Clients will have the option to reschedule the session or receive a full refund.

Eligibility for Refunds:
- Refunds are applicable only for sessions canceled by Sadhnna Healing Hub or if a client cancels a session at least 24 hours in advance.
- Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the original session date.
Non-Refundable Scenarios:
- Sessions missed without prior cancellation (no-shows).
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session.
- Completed sessions, irrespective of client satisfaction, as our services are subjective and results may vary.
Refund Process:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
- Any transaction fees incurred during the refund process will be borne by the client.

For clients who have purchased package deals or subscriptions:
- Unused sessions can be canceled with a 24-hour notice for a refund.
- Used sessions are non-refundable.
- Partial refunds for partially used packages will be calculated based on the standard rate of individual sessions, not the discounted package rate.

All sales of digital products (e.g., e-books, guided meditations) are final and non-refundable.
Workshop registrations can be canceled up to 48 hours before the event for a full refund.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the workshop will not be eligible for a refund.
